Here comes Fall

All of us at Swig really look forward to the Fall. It's the start of our busy season again and our guests get serious about wine and menu changes. We've got great things planned for the fall and winter season this year so be sure to stay updated.

Saving Sauce


So we've chosen the task of attempting to manage the workings of an 8 year old restaurant in the 3rd Ward called Sauce. Honestly, internal systems are quite a mess and I can't escape that overwhelming feeling of stuffiness in this restaurants personality. Well see what we can do with it....much more to come on this topic.
