New Years Eve

We had so much success with last year's program we're doing the exact same thing again.

2 regular dinner seatings
1 at 5pm and another at 7pm
Then, at 10pm, we begin our special all you care for food and drink for $75 per person plus tip and tax. That comes to about $93 a person and includes a complimentary bottle of champagne for celebrating for each couple. Anything on the menu is available except for whole bottles of wine, champagne or spirits. Make reservations by using our special event form for the package or opentable for the seatings. We sold out the 7pm and the 10pm last year, so book early.

Gobble Gobble

A quick trip home to NY and we're right back into the Holiday Season. I had expected a slow weekend all around, but was pleasently surprised to fill Swig quite nicely with theater, concert and bucks game guests both pre and post event. Also, we've made a staffing switch to go with our new reservation system, we welcomed Zoe from sauce to Swig and she performed beautifully, fitting in nicely with the staff and applying her own touch of service to every guest encounter. We missed Miranda, but word was she did a great job at Sauce on Saturday, as they
were nicely full as well.

Hope to serve you and yours soon.

More NYC

Of course being in NYC means lots and lots of restaurants. So many that it's extremely hard to choose. However I had just finished reading Danny Meyer's latest book on service, so we already had a plan for where we might visit. Then, in happening upon the latest Zagat reviews we discovered that two of the restuarants we had planned on were #1 and #2 in the rankings of NYC's most popular.

The Gramercy Tavern experience was like no other either of us has had the pleasure. This was honestly the best, most well prepared meal that we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. I could go on and on and on about the food and the service, but suffice it to say that we both gained a new respect for the ability of Tom Colichio and Danny Meyer. You probably know Tom as one of the main judges on the TV show Top Chef.
