Getto review of Water Buffalo

Angie and I and our entire staff were absolutely ecstatic to read Dennis' review of Water Buffalo in The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. 3 and a half stars was certainly our goal when we created this restaurant and Chef Frank, all our management staff and service staff pulled together to learn a new system and impress our guests quickly. He calls Water Buffalo "the total package" and "a glipse into the future of dining in Milwaukee".
