The reason for this e-mail is to tell you how much I enjoy Swig!
I was there for the first time last month with a few friends, since then we have all been back more than once. Along with the spectacular food the service has always been outstanding!!
As I'm sure you know, there are very few restaurants in Milwaukee that consistently
provide stellar service and food. Again, thank you for bringing such a positive
dining experience to Milwaukee, I wish you much success!

My wife and I and another couple enjoyed Swig over the weekend! Just wanted
to give you some feedback. All 6 entrees were awesome. Our wine flights were
very good as well, especially the Justin Cab.

All aspects of our experience were positive! Our server, Michelle was outstanding, watching our progress, but not intrusive.
The food was excellent, ample and well prepared. It was very helpful of Victoria to help us with our (her) selections. Interestingly enough, the best meals we seem to have occur when we ask the chef to prepare whatever he/she would like to prepare. Victoria's knowledge of the menu assured that our dinners would be the best that Swig has to offer. We were not disappointed.

After my friend Sara and I stopped at Swig to check it out a few weeks ago, I have been meaning to take the time to send you a thank you note. Your personal attention to ensure us having a great time was much appreciated. Offering to go get a bottle of our favorite wine (Raumbauer) is the most accommodating gesture I have seen from an owner of an establishment. Hats off to you! You definitely are on to something wonderful with the small plate dining concept and offering an initial sampling is fabulous. We both were very impressed with the extensive menu selections that you offer and the reasonable prices. The decor is warm and cozy with the jazzy behind the scenes music comfortable. I know several people who are looking just for a place like Swig to enjoy with a glass or bottle of wine.
I wish you much success in this wonderful endeavor and will definitely stop by to check it out again.

I have to tell you we were surprised to find such a great martini bar
in Milwaukee. They're quite common in Boston and Manhattan, but
unexpected in the Midwest. So, kudos to you!

I was recently in your establishment and simply love the place. I have never been a fan of Water Street, though I am sure you are sick of letters, e-mail, and articles pointing this out prior to praising you. But I love the place and hope more people follow suit. Though, once again, I'm sure you might not want others to follow suit. Nevertheless, it is enlightening to see someone stepping up the nightlife in Milwaukee several notches.

My husband and I had dinner on Saturday the 16th. We just wanted to share with you how amazing our meal was. The drinks were fabulous!!!!!!! The food was awesome.........perfectly timed and the flavors were great together. To top it all off....Michelle.....our waitress....amazing!!!!!!! She was experienced and polite. The concept that you have developed takes a lot of extra work in the kitchen. In order to time everything effectively......it needs to be made at all different times. All of the food had different cooking times. We understand that and we felt that the prices were proportionate to that. I called my girlfriends today to tell them that we are having girls night there next Saturday. Kudos.....you will be a great success.
